We&apos;re specifically looking for a small white tag with two lines of text, usually found under the care tag. If the white tag isn&apos;t visible, this information may also be on the back of the care tag itself. &#xA0;Once we have received and reviewed the additional information, we will work to provide the best possible resolution. This may include issuing a prepaid return label (within the contiguous United States) for the incorrect items and processing a refund for the merchandise, or, if available, placing a new order on your behalf. Please note that in some cases a replacement shipment may not be possible, but we will do everything we can to accommodate your request within our available options.
